Shipping Policy

 

Delivery Costs

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email with your order information. If you don't receive a Delivery Confirmation email right away, don't worry! We will deliver the items to you within the date range provided. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

We deliver orders to Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Delivery is charged at a fixed £3.99 flat-rate and will be sent by first-class mail. All orders will be delivery within 3 working days.

Delivery Carriers

Standard shipping orders will be delivered with either Hermes, Royal Mail, or Aramex Couriers. Your Delivery Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package. Faster shipping will be delivered by DHL.

Delivery Status

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You may also view your order online here.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on items to comply with our hygiene conduct.

Exchanges are only made on defected items. 
If you believe you have a defected item, please send Customerservice@kate-ldn.com a return. request and our team will deal with any exchanges and any matter you may have.
